1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Playzor platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. Playzor reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Account Responsibility

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Playzor is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account.

3. Booking and Payments

3.1 Payments

All payments are processed via third-party gateways. Playzor is not responsible for failures in payment processing or bank-side issues.

3.2 Cancellations

Cancellations and refunds are subject to the individual café's policy. Playzor facilitates the transaction but does not guarantee refunds once a session has been booked.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

Violate any local, state, or national laws.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
Use the platform for any fraudulent or malicious activity.
Harass staff or other users at café locations.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Playzor platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Playzor or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Playzor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the platform or the conduct of any café listed on the platform.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
